Forecasts that must earn the label
A next-day energy forecast is called 'validated' only if, on your own past days, it beats simply guessing your usual energy. Otherwise it's clearly marked illustrative.
Personal biometric digital twin
LifeTwin AI learns personal baselines from your sleep, movement, heart and mood. It tests its own forecasts against your history, and every insight comes with the evidence behind it.
Guide
Storage consent is required. AI explanations are a separate, optional switch you can turn off any time.
Log a daily check-in or import a CSV/JSON export. Apple Health and Health Connect will sync through the mobile apps once they're released.
Baselines appear after 7 valid days and gain confidence at 14+. Forecasts and relationships need enough paired days to be tested.
Tap any node to see the current value, your baseline, the trend, the source and how confident the estimate is.
Every insight shows its observation count, period and limitations. Associations are never presented as causes.
What makes it extra
A next-day energy forecast is called 'validated' only if, on your own past days, it beats simply guessing your usual energy. Otherwise it's clearly marked illustrative.
AI answers are checked against the evidence. An invented number, a measurement it wasn't given, or diagnosis-style language gets the answer replaced with a standard explanation.
Your raw measurements, the statistics computed from them, and predictions are stored and labeled separately, so you always know which one you're looking at.
Choose exactly which categories each source may store. Turning a source off stops new data immediately, and you can delete what it already sent.
Backtests, forecast error, calibration and comparisons with simple methods are all visible. Synthetic benchmarks are labeled and never presented as medical accuracy.
LifeTwin AI is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, and it tells you when it doesn't have enough data.
